1. Custom Commissions

All pieces are handcrafted to order. While we strive for precision, wood is a natural material; variations in grain, color, and small natural character marks are expected and celebrated as part of a unique heirloom piece.  We commonly add a stamp, brand or other trademark to each piece signifying our brand and/or maker’s name.

2. Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure materials and a spot in our production schedule.  Unless other arrangements are made, Final Payment is due upon completion prior to delivery or shipping.

3. Care & Maintenance

Wood reacts to its environment. Artistic Woodworking Creations is not responsible for damage caused by extreme humidity changes, direct sunlight, or improper care after the item has been delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to use photographs of all finished pieces for marketing and portfolio purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is requested by the client in writing.
